| Infrared photos of the ceiling - The first two photos are taken from the doorway looking up at the ceiling. The section of ceiling near the open hatches was wet. The area directly above the doors in the room was dry. The second set of photos shows that the wall adjacent to the door and the ceiling above that wall was wet. The third set of photos shows that the water damage in the ceiling stops after the white ceiling lights. |
The floor is still wet and needs to dry further. It may need to be removed as a portion is buckling in the center of the room. FM will contact a wall and ceiling expert to assist with assessment and repair. A portion of the ceiling and possibly part of the upper wall will need to be replaced.
The women's shower room below the racquetball court is now dry and open for occupancy.
