Update on FM initiative to identify cold spots with temperature sensors on campus. Larry Thompson has been working to get this accomplished.
Some of the sensors have been installed. The exhaust in the Mayo attic has been shut off and insulation added.
Review of recent water events and lessons learned. N. Carlson
MBB- Questions on the use of the water damaged carpet at MBB. Could we have saved it. It had to be pulled up because water was trapped under the carpet tiles. Could they have been dried cleaned and re attached?
These carpets were used in Mechanical Engineering.
Questions about Build Back: Do we have the abatement company do the build back or do we have an expedited bidding process on the build back including in house construction?
Procedures - When there is a big flood impacting several floors, occupancy or life safety call PSAC.
Post meeting with Sean, Ron, Larry, Beth and Nic:
ID storm vs. Sanitary Drains - GIS with Dan Sward and Kathy Ebeny. This is needed when FM water response truck arrives and we need to know which drain we can dump the water - Sanitary if possible.

Make sure Asbestos group is called during a water event to evaluate impacted materials.
