On February 1, 2019 a leak from a under window radiant heater in room 609 Social Science Tower caused water damage in room 609 and 614 with some water infiltration on the 5th floor

The other two leaking pipes were repaired by FM plumbers before bursting

The carpet base cove was removed and the holes were drilled in the sheetrock on February 1, 2019. Almost all of the walls were dry on February 4, 2019 and the fan was redirected to improve drying. Both spaces will be ready for build back by February 5 and 6, 2019.
