Report from U of M Rosemount Employee Mark Lostetter: When staff arrived for work in the morning, we found an inch of water covering a majority of the floor of the entire building. The source of the leak is not 100% clear. There is no broken pipe. The iron filtration system tripped a breaker at some point and was found running continuously in the morning. It is possible that the septic system was not handling the load of the water at some point, causing the water to back up into the building.

Mavo systems responded and removed the water damaged materials based on a phone conversation with Neil Carlson, DEHS.
