There was an overnight leak in building 174 caused by a sink being left on in 4-437. The leak went all the way from 4th floor to the 1st floor RAR space. - Reported by Maggie Squire on the morning of June 27, 2018. 

DEHS responded shortly after 9 am and waited for keycard access.  Areas of water damage on the 4th, 3rd, and 2nd floor  were identified and marked. The ceiling water damage in the RAR area was noted but not marked as the room had restricted access.

Mavo Systems began initial work on setting up containment and drying out some small areas  on Thursday 2018.  They will proceed to set up containment areas. DEHS will review progress on Monday July 2, 2018.
