Currently Mavo is working on removing the water from the animal and lab areas on the first floor and then will deal with public space. The first floor was the only floor impacted. The frozen pipe is being repaired and normal water service has been restored. The fire panel has been shorted out and FM, Paul Drews, has implemented a fire watch. Elevators have been impacted but will not be evaluated until morning.

Fire alarm system is functioning except a trouble alarm from the damaged remote annunciator. The building fire sprinkler system is up and running except the small zone in the main entry way. Elevators have been checked and are all in working order. Security will be in the building until 0800. RAR portion of the building is in excellent shape. Mavo is still removing water and will start carpet removal shortly along with ceiling demolition.
Mike Buck will call Mavo this afternoon regarding thermal scanning of wet walls.
