TRF parking lot drain update

There is a bad storm sewer drain on the north side of TRF that needs work.  This is an on-going problem, and the problem is more than a bad drain, there is no place for runoff to go.  This issue was discussed during the design phase of BDD, and it was decided that it will be addressed later as part of the next phase of BDD construction. 

The design is 50% complete, which Mortenson based their pricing on.  Right now, Pete Nickel has stated that the steering committee (or board) will not decide on funding for this until January, 2013.

In the meantime,Cathy Abene has been asked to offer an opinion on the drawings and pricing.  We will eventually be asking Mike B. for funding to proceed on this portion of the work, with possibly some chance for the project to reimburse FM in the long run.

Once Cathy can weigh in, if we decide we do need to push this, Mike B. will probably need to work out a funding deal with CPPM/BDD.
