A connection on this water treatment system leaked in Room 597 Borlaug Hall it was reported to Neil Carlson DEHS at 08:55 on 5/9/2017 by Karen Collins, FM

Water damage was also noted to a lesser extent on the floors below with insulation on the second floor and a small amount of sheetrock by a door on the first floor.
