On the 5th floor a section of the wall was water damaged and marked for removal. The carpet was OK.
If removal of marked walls occurs within 48 hours no fungal abatement containment is needed. After 48 hours abatement will be needed. Leave the wall cavity open to dry until Monday, March 14, 2016. DEHS will check moisture content to approve build back.
The carpet needs to be dried within 48 hours. DEHS will check on 3/10/2016. Additional carpet cleaning and treatment with Microban may be needed. Leave fans on 24/7.
