0533 - CAD message - water main break MCB affecting floors 7 through 3. DI water leak.
Fans set to occupy mode for 10 days.

Here are some updates regarding response to the 8/13 DI water event in MCB:
• Reviewing with DEHS, things are drying nicely. Some occupants were relocated today in preparation for carpet and sheetrock removal in office spaces.
• There will need to be a few previously unrealized interruptions to lab spaces on 6th and 7th floors; these labs have been notified, and we will be discussing a plan of action further tomorrow morning, 8/15.
• Estimated time frame for completion of work is 3 weeks.
• Mavo crews will continue to remove damaged sheetrock and carpet.
• Fans and dehumidifiers will remain running for the duration of the weekend.

As a reminder:
• We are on fire watch as the result of damage to our fire alarm system. FM expects repairs to be made before end of week. They will also be patrolling the building 24/7 until repaired. If you see smoke or fire, please dial 911.
• Continue to expect mild disruptions for floors 3-7 in public hallways as fans and dehumidifiers continue to run, and sheetrock removal continues.
• Please do not turn off equipment or shut doors that are currently open.
• Build-back plan/schedule will be in place and shared early next week as it becomes available.
