7th floor hallway water damage

Over weekend of Nov 2 and 3rd.:  147/Weaver Densford/8-185 report by Alvin of a flood- water coming into hallway. Checked it out hose came off of fume hood. Kelly responded some residual water down on 7th floor as well. Floor drain took most of excess water. Cleaned up. We were told may have been running for around 12 hours? W002081472

We marked the wet walls on 7th and 6th floors.

FM need to Replace water damaged ceiling tiles.

Carpet needs drying and is wet inside 6-193, 7-191 and 7-194

Walls and some stained ceiling tiles were wet inside these rooms

We need more information on the precise cause of incident.  Best information is that it was a water leak.  

Please confirm.
