| Area of water leak west of Caribou Coffee on level 2 Moos Tower Jan 10, 2019 |
A backflow preventor failed and caused a water leak in Caribou coffee starting on January 9, 2019. The leak was fixed by FM plumbers. Water affected the elevator lobby carpet and a small portion of the custodial closet 2-213 adjacent to Caribou Coffee.

On the first floor the hallway ceiling tiles and carpet were water damaged. Room 1-318 had water damage to the ceiling tile and to the north wall.
