Edited Notes from Ausin Rucker - TCF Bank Stadium - 24 hour security Manager

7/22/2016 -

2214: I received a phone call from my officer on shift Amanda Jones. She informed me that a pipe was broken and water was leaking everywhere. I immediately headed to the stadium. While enroute to the stadium

2217: I called Derek Hillestad and informed him of the situation. He informed me he would be on his way as well.

2219: I informed Aaron Pecha of the situation.

2225: Derek Hillestad arrives on site.

2230: I arrive on site at the same time Facility Management personnel. We go to the site of the leak and shut the valve off at 2232.

2258: Derek Hillestad leaves the site.

7/23/2016 -

0005: Mike White with Mavo arrives on site.

0021: Clean Response arrives on site and extraction of water commenced shortly after their arrival.

0133: Tim Conlon was called because the Clean Response team needs an electrician to complete work. Tim Conlon authorized Clean Response to use their own electrician and the company they will use is Egan Electric.

0147: I was informed by the Clean Response team that the rooms effected would not be ready for event usage later today. I then emailed Marlee Hein, Lindsay Schutter, and Dana Nelson about the incident and the rooms that won't be able to be utilized.

The current plan of action from the Clean Response crew is as follows: after the completion of extraction the crew is going to take a 4 to 5 hour break and return to start the necessary demo needed due to water damage. If they cannot complete the task by 1900 today they will return on Sunday to complete. I will remain on site ,until Aaron Pecha arrives on site, as point man on the project and liaison for the Clean Response Crew. After which Aaron will take point and liaison for the Clean Response Crew.

I checked out two Prox Cards for them to use in case access is needed. They have been informed of our rules and regulations in regards to Prox Card Use. I examined all camera footage and did not witness any individual in the area when the leak reportedly began
